Registration Now Open: 2026 Washington Leaders’ Conference – May 13 & 14, 2026
Registration is now open for the New England Council’s 2026 Washington Leaders’ Conference, which will take place in our nation’s capital on Wednesday, May 13, and Thursday, May 14, 2026. Join us for two days of informative programming, networking opportunities, and meetings with Members of Congress, Congressional staff, and key federal agency leaders.
The agenda for this year’s conference will be similar to last year’s, and more details will be provided as the date draws closer. The preliminary agenda is as follows:

Hotel Room Blocks
**Please note that our conference coincides with National Police Week in Washington, D.C., and hotel rooms will be in high demand.**
If you are planning to participate in the Washington Leaders’ Conference, we encourage you to make hotel reservations as soon as possible. The Council has arranged blocks of hotel rooms at several hotels in Washington, D.C., but conference participants are welcome to stay at any hotel you choose. If you do choose to take advantage of the room blocks that the Council has arranged, please note that there are early April deadlines to book these hotels at the discounted rates.
