Vermont Mutual Insurance Group donates over $1M to local charities
In 2023, New England Council member, Vermont Mutual Insurance Group, contributed over $1 million to local charities through its Charitable Giving Fund. Since being founded in 2014, the Giving Fund has donated more than $4.6 million to organizations in the region.
The fund focuses on non-profit programs that work to serve the community through at least one of the following initiatives: promoting education, fostering youth, building community, and satisfying basic needs. In 2023, the fund contributed to over 240 organizations throughout the northeast.
“It is with a deep sense of satisfaction that Vermont Mutual, through our Charitable Giving Fund, is able to help support the many charitable organizations who in turn reach so many individuals and families”, said Dan Bridge, Vermont Mutual’s President and CEO, “While our giving extends throughout the northeast, we are proud to join the many others who continue to support rebuilding efforts from the July flooding across Vermont.”
The New England Council commends Vermont Mutual Insurance Group for its generous contributions to the northeast.
