Rockland Trust named top New England bank for customer satisfaction
New England Council member, Rockland Trust, was ranked first among New England banks for customer satisfaction in J.D. Power’s 2022 U.S. Retail Banking Satisfaction Study. This annual survey measures customer satisfaction with retail banks in 15 geographic areas by asking customers to score eligible banks on a 1,000-point scale.
Rockland Trust earned a score of 722 out of 1,000 in customer support, coming in tied for first place with Bangor Savings Bank in Maine. This is not the first time that Rockland trust received this recognition by J.D. Power; Rockland Trust was also ranked as the bank with the best customer satisfaction in 2017 and 2012.
In speaking on the bank’s ranking, Robert Cozzone, chief operating officer and executive vice president of consumer and business banking for Rockland Trust, said that the recognition was “a testament to the strong relationship our colleagues have built with the individuals and families we’re fortunate enough to serve.”
The New England Council congratulates Rockland Trust on being recognized as a leader in customer satisfaction among US retail banks.
