QCC building $25M advanced manufacturing center
NEC member Quinsigamond Community College in Worcester has received $150,000 and a $25-million state bond investment to renovate and create a new advanced manufacturing and robotics center, the school announced on Monday.
“This is an exciting day for the future of QCC and for our entire community,” said QCC President Luis Pedraja, in a statement.
The funding will pay for upgrading and expanding QCC’s athletic center to showcase advanced manufacturing, robotics, artificial intelligence, and hospitality programming, per the school.
The New England Council sends congratulatory wishes to QCC on this achievement. Read more from the Worcester Business Journal.
