Northeast Delta Dental Invests Millions in Community Programs, COVID Relief
NEC member Northeast Delta Dental has invested $2.17 million in Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont community programs during 2020. The dental insurer also generously committed a total of $27 million to regional COVID-19 relief efforts.
Northeast Delta Dental outlined these philanthropic efforts in the recently-released Delta Dental Institute’s 2020 Community Impact Report. With these community funds, Northeast Delta Dental has been able to provide financial assistance to 41 programs in Maine, 178 programs in New Hampshire, and 27 programs in Vermont. In all, Delta Dental invested more than $102.5 million in communities in 2020.
“We are honored to assist New England communities in achieving oral health and wellness,” explained Tom Raffio, President and CEO, Northeast Delta Dental. “By maintaining close connections with our neighbors, we can identify the needs of the underserved and provide the dental care that everyone deserves.”
