North Central Massachusetts Chamber of Commerce named National Chamber of the Year
New England Council member, North Central Massachusetts Chamber of Commerce, has been presented with the National Chamber of the Year Award by the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives (ACCE), the highest and most competitive honor in the chamber industry.
The Chamber is the first organization from Massachusetts to receive the award, which distinguishes the laureate’s commitment to collective action and innovation in business. One of the Chamber’s most notable initiatives is its Latinx Outreach Program, which provides resources and support to Latinx entrepreneurs. The program has helped hundreds of Latinx-owned businesses grow and succeed. The Chamber also works to support talent and workforce development in the region. In partnership with local businesses, schools, and government agencies, the Chamber develops programs that train and prepare workers for high-demand jobs. Together these programs have helped to create thousands of new jobs in the region.
