Guest Stephen Johnston discusses the impact of new direct international flights to Boston, the possible expansion of the Boston Convention & Exposition Center, and how tourism contributes to our local and regional economy.

Later in the show, Jim and John discuss discrepancies in economic growth in different parts of New England, and offer their thoughts on Governor Deval Patrick’s Middle East trade mission.
