In the first segment, Jim, John, and Kristy talk with retired Air Force General Charles Wald about what budget cuts mean for our nation’s ability to safeguard against 21st century threats and how the military must adapt to best protect us in the future.  Our second guest is Cord Sterling of the Aerospace Industry Association, who discusses the impact of defense cuts on the defense industry in New England, which includes some of our region’s largest employers.
