NEC member Southwest Airlines recently rolled out a Disney-themed airplane modeled on their new movie, “Coco.”
The plane, decorated with ‘Coco”-inspired designs, will fly through the end of the year to all of Southwest’s almost 100 destinations in North America. Beginning on November 1, 2017, Southwest will present special in-flight previews and clips of “Coco,” which premieres November 22, 2017. The actor who voices the movie’s main character will be on board to perform live during the flight. Customers will also have the opportunity to enter a raffle where the winning prize is an all-expenses paid trip to Hollywood.
“Southwest specializes in bringing unique and meaningful moments to our Customers,” said Southwest Airlines Vice President, Controller, and California Executive Leah Koontz at the aircraft unveiling event. “Disney∙Pixar’s “Coco” centers on the universal themes of heart and family, core values we celebrate every day with our employees and customers.”
The New England Council congratulates Southwest on their partnership to enhance customers’ flying experience. Read more in USA Today and PR Newswire.
