NEC member Rasky Baerlein Strategic Communications, a Boston-based communications and public relations firm, has significantly increased its Washington, DC, footprint through the recent merger with Prism Public Affairs. Recognizing that Washington plays a major role in the New England economy, Rasky Baerlein sought to expand in DC in order to have a closer connection to the legislation and regulation enacted there, enabling the firm to better service their clients. Prism’s expertise in policy issues campaigns will allow the newly combined firm to expand the services they offer to their client base.

As a result of the merger, Rasky Baerlin’s team will increase to a combined total of 55 professionals in DC and Boston. The new firm is becomes one of the top 25 independent public relations firms in the country by revenue For the next three months the new firm will operate under the name Rasky Baerlein|Prism, at which time it will return to Rasky Baerlein Strategic Communications.
