Provident Bank Named Community Lender of the Year

The Provident Bank, a NEC member, was recently named Community Lender of the Year by the Export-Import (Ex-Im) Bank of the U.S. in its Fiscal Year 2016 Awards.

The Provident Bank was recognized for the bank’s work as an active participant in the Ex-Im Bank’s working capital guarantee program, through which Provident Bank was granted “delegated authority” to approve up to $1 million for each facility the bank works with (up to $10 million in total). In addition, the Ex-Im Bank recognized Provident Bank’s successful event at the University of New Hampshire on international financing that over 280 small- to medium-sized businesses attended.
