People’s United Bank to Partner with Zenmonics to Facilitate Digital Transformation

NEC member People’s United Bank recently announced its partnership with Zenmonics, a global provider of software that supports all channels in a financial institution on a single platform. With Zenmonics’ help, People’s United intends to evolve and update its branch and digital account acquisition.

Zenmonics’ channelUNITED® modules will support People’s United’s digital transformation by allowing the bank to connect with customers in self-service and assisted channels. It is also currently the only market-available solution to facilitate digital transformation across engagement points that include consumer online and mobile, banker sales, servicing, teller, account origination and kiosk.
