Smith Dawson & Andrews collaborates with each of its client members to address their needs in several policy areas. While they began their work with a focus on transportation issues, they have since expanded and now work on a wide variety of issues. SDA is led by President James P. Smith. Smith co-founded SDA in 1981 and now oversees clients as chief strategist.
