The firm was co-founded in 2011 by father and son Robert and Joseph Haynes with a mission “to promote and assist the successful development of projects and initiatives which improve communities both economically and environmentally.”

Robert Haynes enjoyed a distinguished career as President of the Massachusetts AFL-CIO and serves on many boards throughout the Commonwealth, including the Board of Directors of fellow NEC member Blue Cross Blue Shield Massachusetts. Joseph Haynes has extensive experience in the “green” economy where he started his own companies and philanthropies. Together, the Haynes’ use their broad experience and accomplishments to serve their clients and advocate on their behalf.
