New Hampshire Higher Education Assistance Foundation (NHHEAF) Board of Trustees Welcomes New Vice Chair, Todd C. Emmons

On February 14, 2018, NEC Member New Hampshire Higher Education Assistance Foundation (NHHEAF) elected Todd C. Emmons to be the new Vice Chair of its Board of Trustees.

NHHEAF is a nonprofit agency focused on helping the state’s families plan and pay for college. Established by the banking community in 1962 to guarantee student loans, NHHEAF currently works to support borrowers in the successful repayment of federal student loans and remains integral to the lives of New Hampshire students and families.  Mr. Emmons has served on the NHHEAF board since February 2013 and is currently the Chief Financial Officer for the Spaulding Youth Center in Northfield, NH. He received his MBA in Finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business and earned his M.S. in Economics from the London School of Economics & Political Science.
