NECBC Event to Highlight Economic Outlook for US and Canada

On Friday, March 23, 2018, the New England Canada Business Council (NECBC)–a New England Council member–will host “The Economic Outlook in the U.S. and Canada: What to Expect in 2018).  The event will take place at the UMass Club in downtown Boston from 8:00- 9:30 a.m.

The breakfast event will feature a breakfast panel discussion on the economic outlook with perspectives offered by Michael Dolega, Senior Economist of TD Economics, Toronto, Canada and Alan Clayton-Matthews, associate professor in the School of Policy Studies and Urban Affairs and the Department of Economics at Northeastern University. As both the U.S. and Canada continue to see positive economic growth, the panel will discuss what possible inflation in the market and on-going uncertainty on trade, tariffs and wages will mean for both nations in 2018.

The breakfast is presented in partnership with the Consulate General of Canada in New England and TD Bank–both also New England Council members.  For more information or to register, click here.
