New England Council member Harvard Pilgrim Health Care has been named the #1 private health plan in the United States for member satisfaction and quality of care for the eighth consecutive year. The annual ranking of the nation’s best private plans is issued by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA), the non-profit organization that accredits and certifies health care organizations. In addition, Harvard Pilgrim Health Care of New England, Harvard Pilgrim’s New Hampshire affiliate, is the top-ranked plan in the Granite State.
