Middlesex Community College has launched the Northeast Regional Internship Program (NRIP) and is looking for employers to help guide the program, and to become involved. The NRIP will provide opportunities for students to gain early professional skills and real-world experience in a variety of settings while meeting regional employer needs and diversifying the workforce in the Commonwealth. Together with industry partners, NRIP will discover and cultivate undergraduate talent to achieve long -term economic stability and success for individuals and the region.

Since this program is being started from scratch, Middlesex is reaching out to area employers to delve into the current state of your talent management pipeline. The following survey should take approximately 15 minutes to complete.  Middlesex will use the answers and insights gained from the survey in order to shape and develop the NRIP in a way that is most beneficial to employers and students.

Fill Out the Survey Here

Survey responses are due by the end of the day on August 13, 2021.

Your responses are appreciated. Please reach out to Julie Pierce Onos (ONOSJ@middlesex.mass.edu) if you have any questions.
