NEC member MassDevelopment has issued a $17 million bond on behalf of the Dr. Franklin Perkins School in Lancaster, MA. The tax-exempt bond will provide funds for the construction of a new middle school building and dormitory.

The funds will be used in the creation of an arts education wing connected to the school’s Janeway Education center. The project will also create additional space for a science classroom in the school’s main building. The bond was purchased by NEC member TD Bank.
