Travelpulse conducted a survey that included a variety of consumer factors including amenities, terminal comfort and ease of access. Manchester-Boston Regional Airport scored high in convenience and flight options, leading it to being ranked first among mid-sized airports. Manchester Airport has recently completed projects to increase safety and efficiency including a consolidated security checkpoint and a new car rental facility.
“We look at ease of access even in the marketing and we identified something we call MHT – Master Hassle-Free Travel,” said Deputy Airport Director Tom Malafronte. “I think our passengers like that idea and that, in part, is what separates us. We recognize that our customers have many travel choices and do everything we can to make the MHT experience as convenient and hassle-free as possible.”
