Jim Brett co-authors Op-Ed urging employers to hire people with disabilities
As you may k now, in addition to his work at The New England Council, our President & CEO Jim B rett is also an active advocate for people with disabilities. Jim currently serves as the Chairman of The President’s Committee for People with Intellectual Disabilities, as well as the Chair of The Governor’s Commission on Intellectual Disability.
Jim recently teamed with Alexis Henry, the principal investigator of Work Without Limits at UMass Medical School, on an Op-Ed encouraging employers to provide job opportunities to people with disabilities appeared on The Boston Globe’s Opinion Blog, “The Podium.” Click here to read the Op-Ed.
