J.D. Power Names Amica Top Auto Insurance in New England for Customer Satisfaction

For the fourth year in a row, J.D. Power has named Amica, a New England Council member, the top New England auto insurer in customer satisfaction. Amica received 855 points out of 1,000, which is 60 points above the national average. The score is determined by customers’ satisfaction with their most recent auto collision claim.

“We’re so proud to once again receive this honor from J.D. Power,” said Amica CEO Robert A. DiMuccio, a member of The New England Council Board of Directors. “I’d like to thank all of our employees for their constant hard work and dedication. Without them, awards like this would not be possible.”

The New England Council congratulates Amica on being rated top for customer satisfaction in New England.
