Google Express Expands Service Across New England

New England Council Member Google has expanded its Google Express service to cover the entire New England region.

The delivery service connects merchants and consumers to provide home delivery for a number of household items.  Shoppers can have products from companies like Staples, Costco, and PetSmart delivered to their homes the next day. The expansion is part of an effort to make the service available across the entire country by the end of the year.

“It is a platform that allows merchants and users to come together,” said Brian Elliot, general manager of Google Express. “This is what we are really good at as a company. We make it easy for people to connect with merchants they love.”

The New England Council congratulates Google on expanding access to Google Express across New England. Read more in The Boston Globe, Union Leader, and MassLive.
