NEC member Fallon Health has hit a new membership high, with more than 277,000 members in the second quarter of 2018. Based in Worcester, MA, Fallon health is a leading health care services organization that offers innovative health insurance solutions and a variety of Medicaid and Medicare products, as well as integrated care for seniors and individuals with complex health needs.
Fallon’s membership rose by more than 50,000, or more than 20 percent, from the same period last year. The organization attributes the significant growth to its continued investment in technology to drive data analysis and enhance collaboration among healthcare providers.
“Our solid financial results reflect record-high membership in several product lines, including our participation in the state’s new Accountable Care Organization (ACO) program,” said Kevin Grozio, Chief Financial Officer at Fallon Health. “At the same time, we continued to invest in technology that drives data analysis and enhances provider collaboration, allowing us to strengthen quality and value for members while efficiently overseeing administrative and medical costs.”
The New England Council congratulates Fallon Health on this milestone and looks forward to the organizations continued growth. Read more in Fallon Health’s press release or in the Worcester Business Journal.
