EMC Appoints New Marketing Officer

New England Council member EMC has appointed a new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of Information Infrastructure. Nina Hargus joined EMC having previously served as the CMO at VCE for the past three years.

Hargus will be responsible for global structure, strategy, and execution of all aspects of EMC Information Infrastructure’s marketing efforts. She will report to Jeremy Burton, the Interim CMO of EMC. “It’s an incredibly exciting time for the IT industry,” said Hargus. “I look forward to continuing to help advance EMC Information Infrastructure’s relevance on the world stage and am excited for the opportunity to help customers transform for a digital era.”

“Nina has had a long and successful career at EMC and VCE, and brings with her the advantage of having seen the company from many different vantage points,” said CMO of EMC Jeremy Burton. “That diverse range of experience and proven track record of execution make her a great fit for this role. I’m thrilled to have her leading the team.”

The New England Council congratulates Nina Hargus and EMC on this new appointment.
