2020 Washington Leaders’ Conference Cancelled

After much consideration, The New England Council has made the difficult but necessary decision to CANCEL our 2020 Washington Leaders’ Conference. The conference was originally planned for May 2020, and postponed to September 2020 in light of the COVID-19 public health crisis. However, due to the uncertainty about where Washington, DC, will be in it its opening process as well as concerns about travel and physical distancing guidelines, we have decided it is best not to hold the conference this year.

We are looking forward to resuming the conference in May 2021, and will set a date later in the year when the Congressional calendars for next year are released. We are grateful to the many 2020 conference sponsors who have already agreed to sponsor next year’s event.

In the meantime, the Council will continue to offer virtual programming until it is safe to resume our in person programs. This includes our popular “Capitol Hill Report” and “Leading in a Crisis” series, as well as other relevant and informative presentations. Please visit the upcoming events page for more details.
