Media Panel Discusses Biden’s First 100 Days

On May 3, 2021, the Council hosted a special program, “The Biden Administration: The First 100 Days” The virtual program featured a panel discussion with three respected political journalists:
- Kimberly Atkins, Senior Opinion Writer, The Boston Globe & Contributor, MSNBC
- Jonathan Martin, National Political Correspondent, The New York Times
- Anna Palmer, Founder & CEO, Punchbowl News
In a wide ranging discussion moderated by NEC President & CEO Jim Brett, the panel shared their observations of President Biden’s first 100 days in office, and offered their insights on the prospects for legislative action on his key priorities, including the American Jobs Plan. They also discussed the outlook for the 2022 midterm elections, and whether New Hampshire will retain it’s role as the first-in-the-nation Presidential primary state.
