NEC Board Elects New Directors
At its recent meeting in Washington, DC, The New England Council’s Board of Directors voted unanimously to elect a slate of new Directors. Chaired by John Hailer, Chairman of F/m Investments, the Council’s Board includes senior leaders from some of the region’s most well-known and well-respected businesses and organizations, representing all six New England states and every sector of the region’s economy.
The new Directors are:
- Susan Adams, State Policy Director, Dominion Energy, Waterford, CT
- Lisel Sheehan, Partner, Tremont Strategies Group. Boston, MA
- Umberto Speranza, Assistant Vice President, Government Affairs, Unum, Portland, ME
In addition, the Board of Directors also re-elected Lisa Wieland, New England President, National Grid. Wieland had previously served on the Council’s Board in her former role as CEO of MassPort.
